This was a one day job for developer Offico Immo. Only two sides of the building were detailled and textured, the interior is completely empty.

To position the building just right, a lot of photographs were made on the building site. These were used as a backdrop to this 3D image. 

The parking, which already existed at the time of taking of the photo, was nonetheless remade in 3D, to assure a fluent and easy virtual connection with the 3D building.
